Please use this form to R.S.V.P. for any events requesting attendance notice. Not all events require a r.s.v.p.,
but we request it in certain instances. For example: I usually absorb the cost for providing food and
fun for everyone for the "end of summer" party and I will ask for a r.s.v.p. from those attending so that there is enough
food and fun for everyone.
Please be sure to note the event date you are sending the r.s.v.p. for in the
form.
